Heritage, music on display at Italian American Festival

The Italian American Festival came to Watkins Glen last weekend, bringing music, food, fireworks and fun to the village. The festival ran Friday through Sunday, Aug. 12 through 14, in Clute Park. Pictured above is one of several bands that performed in Saturday's parade down Decatur and Fourth Streets, which included rock, jazz, marching, symphonic steel and Celtic bands as part of the procession.
